Volaris Reviews 2017
Precios que te hacen viajar or Get out of town prices is the company slogan of Volaris, a Mexico-based low-cost airline whose pre-operations phase started in August 2005. Volaris is the second-largest airline of Mexico after Aeromexico, flying to domestic and international destinations within the Americas.
In our latest Volaris reviews, we take a closer look into the Mexican airline and what are its main services and features, their official website, inflight experience, and what passengers think of them. We hope that these Volaris reviews help.
Background and History
Guadalajara International Airport, Mexico City International Airport, Tijuana International Airport are the main hubs of Volaris, with Cancún International Airport, Los Angeles International Airport, and Monterrey International Airport as the airline’s focus cities. What Users Have to Say
Based on 86 Volaris reviews on Airlinequality, Volaris was given a 4 star out of 10 rating. Here is what one of the Volaris reviews wrote: “Service was ok for a budget airline and the plane left on time. Ticket was pretty cheap. Believe had bought an extra which allowed bags to be checked. They were out of food and snacks for sale. Had the least legroom I have ever tried.” However, one of the negative Volaris reviews said “The online booking system is a nightmare. Never functions correctly. I tried 3 times to book online. Phone customer service charges you more money than the online system. But the online system never works! The customer service staff are completely unhelpful. Will never fly with this company again. They hide extra charges everywhere. Your ticket price doubles and you don’t know why.” So far, people were quite disappointed with their Volaris experience.
Their Official Website and Inflight Experience
Online, you can book a hotel, flight, car, hotel+car, shuttle, and cruise. The site’s pretty professional and very easy to navigate and understand.

Concluding Words About the Airline
Based on reading Volaris reviews, I can say that Volaris can be problematic to deal with. The airline’s website functions are uncooperative, and actual flight with them is less than satisfying. The flight experience can be uncomfortable though at its cheap price, many passengers can choose to settle with the services.
