You can ask the staff about missed flights and flight reservations, Hotels, Lounges, and information on travel and tourism.  You may ask for their assistance by phone or visit the help desks located at the North Terminal atrium opposite zone D and at the South Terminal opposite zones J to K.

London Gatwick is located some 47.5 km south of Central London and 5 km north of Crawley. Passengers may go to and from London Gatwick using ground transportation – road, rail and bus services, terminal transfer and bicycle.


In 2015, London Gatwick served 40,269,087 passengers and carried 73,371 tonnes of cargo. It had 267,760 aircraft movements. The airport serves as the hub for British Airways.
