What people are saying

I was researching for some legit Wego reviews, but I wasn’t able to find a specific review that points out the company itself. Instead, I ended up reading hundreds of comments coming from customers who purchased the company’s Niagara Falls tour and activity package. Aside from the complaints about the Wego bus which seems to be arriving late or departing early, I haven’t read any issues or complaints regarding the company’s policy and regulations on their offers. Here are some of the reviews I’ve read and gathered:

We used these buses to get to Niagara on the Lake. It took 3 buses and then a shuttle to get there. The buses were good but not so much the shuttle. When we arrived at Niagara on the Lake we weren’t given clear instructions for the return trip which resulted us waiting almost an hour in the freezing cold. So either our instructions were wrong or the shuttle went early.”
—Ann C (Robina, Australia)

“With a WEGO Stop right outside of our hotel, and at literally every single attraction you could possibly want to visit, why WOULDN’T you take advantage of this transportation system?! It was such a great way to sight-see as well. All the bus drivers were so friendly! We were greeted as we got on and got off. My husband and I had a really great experience with the WEGO Buses. You’d be silly to drive your own car around and pay for parking everywhere.

Get a WEGO pass!”

—Sarah L (Scranton, Pennsylvania)

“Wish we had purchased one of the all inclusive passes that included Wego with other entrance fees. We purchased everything separately, but it would have been cheaper the other way. Wego stopped right outside our hotel and was a fairly quick, convenient way to get around the area without having to worry about parking and traffic. Easy access for the elderly as well.”
